;D Wow, a bunch of new terracache applications lately with very familiar names. Getting a sponsor seems quite scary at first, but was very easy for even a noob like me. The biggest secret is the PROFILE -- be sure to completely fill out your profile, especially your location. Sponsors are more likely to volunteer if they know you're in the same neighborhood. Can't figure out how to update it? Me too (blush). It took me awhile to figure out how to do it myself. The PROFILE link only appears in the upper right when you visit the forums.

Yes, Team Bear-Cat has taken up TerraCaching too! (Thanks to Hikenit for one sponsorship!!!) ;D It definitely does help to fill out the profile; we had another sponsorship offer within 30 minutes of completing that.
So -- GEOSET powers-that-be -- is this Forum OK to use for TC-talk as well as GC-talk?? Personally I don't see conflict between the two websites, just variations on a sport/hobby/adventure, but some people seem to feel strongly yay or nay and we don't want to cause further dissent...

I don't see a problem with it, even though there aren't any terracaches around here I think that we could add a terra thread to the member section, that way new people wouldn't be confused. But I will leave it to the members to decide. There will be a poll started so members please sign in and vote on it. ;D Yes, Team Bear-Cat has taken up TerraCaching too! I have been meaning to spend a little time on TC checking it out and such, just haven't had time. I see no reason that we can't talk about it here, and even a new forum section would be good too. Now that Spring is here I have some much needed projects to work on, so my caching activities may slow down a little.

I don't see a problem with it, even though there aren't any terracaches around here... I hope to change that soon. I've scoped out two locations for a 4-stage multi. So just two more to go. It's been slow, because I've been searching for caches at the same time

There is now a TerraCaching Forum in the members area. Let us know if there are any problems with it. Yes, Team Bear-Cat has taken up TerraCaching too!
