Good News!
Hikenit and I had a fruitful meeting with Daniel Fisher at TVA. Caches that are currently on TVA properties don't appear to be a problem, and we are ironing out the details for having TVA properties available for future cache sites.
We are also working on official permission to place caches along the Cumberland Trail, which is considered a state park. An announcement will be made here when those details are ironed out.
